Hi My name is Shunta Shirai.
I’m 18 years old.
I’m from Nagoya, Japan and I’ve been training for about 4 years.

I was competitor for the Red Bull Art of Motion 2011 in Yokohama/Japan.

Parkour/Freerunning is passion, freedom and life for me. It's really changed my life. I'm having a lot of great experiences thanks to parkour.
I want much more people to know this art.
