hi there im Lewis Murch Aged 19 years old i have been currently training 4 years and teaching free running for around a year now , i love to get involved with anything fr related these days and love to train and meet new people from everywhere and anywhere , the thing is to never put anyone down for there skill level so what if they cant do something never put them down just help them and push them towards doing it in the future.
Also a WFPF affiliate from 13/1/2012. And this year is going to be big i aim to carry on with trraining and show my skills to others which will gain them a knowledge in free running and parkour.
